 International small orders will be shipped by couriers by door-to-door shipping services.
Our payment term for all international orders is “T/T in advance to confirm order”.

In case you encounter a malfunction, please contact us and we will guide you to troubleshoot first to see if the problem can be solved. If it still exists after troubleshooting, please make following information available for us to provide supports to you:

1.    Lubricator Model and Order Code

2.    Picture of Serial Number

- You will find the serial number on a sticker on the oil tank of the lubricator.

3.     Detailed Malfunction Description

- Please include answers to following questions in your malfunction description:

  • How long have you been using this lubricator before the malfunction occurred?
  • What did you do before the malfunction occurred?
  • How does the malfunction show?
  • Does the malfunction occur constantly or randomly?
