Industrial lubrication systems can be categorized into two main types based on the lubricant used: oil lubrication system, and grease lubrication system. Most lubricators are designed for oil viscosity 32~100cSt@40℃, and for grease viscosity is NLGI 000~2.
For more details, please refer to "Differences between Oil (Low-viscosity oil) and Grease Lubrication Systems" and "Differences between Resistance and Pressure-Relief Lubrication Systems".
Chen Ying offers a variety of lubrication systems, each with unique characteristics and advantages. The following table can assist you in selecting the most suitable oiler model for your needs:
Lubrication System Type | Discharge Volume | Lubricator Model | Control Method |
Oil Lubrication System | Non-quantitative | Resistance Type Oil Lubricators | Manual type , Electric type (PLC/Timer), Pneumatic type |
Circulating Type Oil Lubricators | Electric type (PLC/Timer)
Oil-Mist Type Lubricators | Electric type (PLC/Timer),Pneumatic type
Quantitative | Pressure-Relief Type Oil Lubricators | Manual type , Electric type (PLC/Timer), Pneumatic type
Oil-Air Type Lubricators | Pneumatic type(PLC),Electric type(Timer)
Minimum Quantity Oil Lubricators | Pneumatic type
Grease Lubrication System | Non-quantitative | Resistance Type Grease Lubricators | Manual type ,Electric type (PLC/Timer),Pneumatic type |
Quantitative | Pressure-Relief Type Grease Lubricators | Electric type (PLC/Timer)
Minimum Quantity Grease Lubricators | Pneumatic type |
※If precise lubrication quantities are required at each point, the "Quantitative" or "pressure-relief type" lubrication system is the preferred choice.
※When continuous lubrication is required, please avoid lubricators equipped with motor thermal protection devices to prevent overheating and machine stoppage.
