The CES series automatic lubricators are engineered to deliver stable, interval-controlled lubrication for an industrial machinery and automation equipment. Powered by a compact synchronous motor, the CES series provides consistent lubrication timing without the need for external controllers, PLC outputs, or additional timers—making it a reliable solution for centralized and stand-alone oil lubrication systems.
Designed for precision lubrication, each unit features an adjustable micro-discharge volume, ensuring accurate oil delivery for bearings, slides, linear guides, and other components that require low-volume, high-frequency lubrication. This makes the CES series ideal for applications targeting improved machine efficiency, reduced wear, and extended component life.
Models CESMB and CESSB utilize normally open (N.O.) float switches for high-oil-level monitoring, while the CESC model is equipped with a normally closed (N.C.) float switch to detect low-oil-level conditions. The CESC control box includes power, operation, and alarm indicators, providing clear visual status feedback for maintenance personnel.
For enhanced functionality, CESMA and CESMB can be configured with an optional power-on indicator. The CESSB model also supports an optional CE-certified connector, making it suitable for internal wiring and meeting safety requirements in European-standard machinery.
