Resistance Oil Lubricators


Electric Resistance Oil Lubricators are automatic lubrication devices designed for use in centralized lubrication systems that require reliable oil delivery to multiple lubrication points. As part of an automatic oil lubrication network, these electric lubricators supply controlled quantities of lubricant to machinery components such as linear guides, sliding ways, cams, and mechanical linkages.

Electric resistance lubricators deliver oil through Manifold Blocks; oil flow depends on piping resistance, oil viscosity, pressure output, and operation time. This lubrication method is widely used on CNC auxiliary lubrication points, packaging machinery, printing equipment, and general industrial automation.

The electric lubricator is available with three control configurations:
