CEN01 Resistance Type Oil Electric Lubricator

CEN01-The Resistance Type Oil Electric Lubricator (Model CEN01) is an advanced PLC-controlled lubrication unit engineered for automated oil delivery in precision machinery and industrial equipment. Its pressure gauge allows for easy monitoring of operating pressure, while a 1kgf/cm² NC contact socket pressure switch automatically detects and signals low pressure. Additionally, an NC contact float switch continuously monitors oil level and transmits a warning signal when oil level is low, effectively preventing insufficient lubrication and potential machine damage. To enhance operational durability and safety, CEN01 includes a spark quencher to prevent electrical interference and a thermal control to protect the motor from overheating. For manual oil feeding, a feed-oil button (F button) is provided, limited to 3 minutes to avoid motor overload. A thermal control protects the motor from overheating by shutting it down for 5 minutes.

1. The operation and interval time of CEN01 are controlled by PLC.
2. CEN01 has a pressure gauge that enables the user to check the operating pressure easily.
3. CEN01 has a 1kgf/cm² NC contact socket pressure switch that detects the operating pressure automatically and send signals when the pressure is below the preset value.
4. CEN01 has a NC contact float switch that detects the oil level automatically and sends signals when the oil level is low.
5. CEN01 has a spark quencher that prevents the spark of switch contacts and the interference of surge voltage with the PLC and prolongs the service life.
6. CEN01 has a feed-oil button, which can be used as manual oil feeding for less than 3 minutes to avoid overloading the motor.
7. CEN01 has a thermal control that shuts down the motor for about 5 minutes when the motor is overheated.
