The operation and interval time of CEN03 are controlled by PLC.
CEN03 has to work with volume distributors to deliver the metered quantity of oil to the lubrication point.
CEN03 has a pressure gauge that enables the user to check the operating pressure easily.
CEN03 has an 8kgf/cm² NC contact socket pressure switch that detects the operating pressure automatically and sends signals when the pressure is below the preset value.
CEN03 has a NC contact float switch that detects the oil level automatically and sends signals when the oil level is low.
CEN03 has a spark quencher that prevents the spark of switch contacts and the interference of surge voltage with the PLC and prolongs the service life.
CEN03 has a feed-oil button, which can be used as manual oil feeding for less than 3 minutes to avoid overloading the motor.
CEN03 has a thermal control that shuts down the motor for about 5 minutes when the motor is overheated.
