CESG01 Resistance Type Oil Electric Lubricator

CESG01-The Resistance Type Oil Electric Lubricator (Model CESG01) is an advanced PLC-controlled lubrication unit designed for automated oil delivery in precision machinery and industrial equipment. Its pressure gauge allows for easy monitoring of operating pressure, while an NC contact float switch continuously monitors oil level and transmits a warning signal when oil level is low, effectively preventing insufficient lubrication and potential machine damage. For manual oil feeding, a feed-oil button (F button) is provided, limited to 3 minutes to avoid motor overload. A thermal control protects the motor from overheating by shutting it down for 5 minutes. For added functionality, a 1kgf/cm² socket pressure switch can be optionally added to automatically detect operating pressure.

1. The operation and interval time of CESG01 are controlled by PLC.
2. CESG01 has a pressure gauge that enables the user to check the operating pressure easily.
3. CESG01 has a NC contact float switch that detects the oil level automatically and sends signals when the oil level is low.
4. CESG01 has a feed-oil button (F button), which can be used as manual oil feeding for less than 3 minutes to avoid overloading the motor.
5. CESG01 has a thermal control that shuts down the motor for about 5 minutes when the motor is overheated.
6. A 1kgf/cm² socket pressure switch can be added to CESG01 on request to detect the operating pressure automatically.
