PNA is actuated pneumatically by a solenoid valve to discharge oil intermittently. The pneumatic pressure supply controls the output pressure of PNA.
PNA requires a 4-8 kgf/cm² pneumatic pressure supply and 5 seconds above the ON/OFF time of the solenoid valve to work functionally.
PNA has a pressure gauge that enables the user to check the operating pressure easily.
PNA has an NC contact float switch that detects the oil level automatically and sends signals when the oil level is low.
PNA has an oil volume adjuster that enables the user to adjust the discharge volume upon demand.
A 1kgf/cm² socket pressure switch can be added to PNA on request to detect the operating pressure automatically.
A magnetic filter and a partition can be added to PNA on request to filter the oil that returns to the oil tank through the cyclic inlet.
● 3L oil tank and above can add a magnetic filter.
● 3L, 4L resin oil tanks, and 8L iron oil tanks can add a partition.
